Our BOUCHE A OREILLE application uses NO data other than that which you enter using the application.
None of this data will be shared with anyone except DHD Group administrators as needed to provide support, restore lost or stolen data and for billing purposes in accordance with the user agreement duly read and approved by the user.
Any use in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the territory of use.
For minimum data usage, only the application's contact list is consulted by the BOUCHE A OREILLE application and contains only the name, cell phone number, day and month of birth (optional) and language of communication (optional).
Only SMS (text message) text messages from a cell phone number in the application's contact list or from Groupe DHD administrators are read and analyzed as part of the application's internal process. All other incoming messages are ignored by the application.
Contact list data is stored in a local database and a copy is sent in text format (SMS) to our server for backup and restoration in the event of data loss.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have several rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise your rights, you can contact us using the information provided below.
